Bridal Hair Accessories – Where To Go
With so many styles and options to chose from, one of the most common conversations we have with our brides is about bridal hair accessories. We recommend talking with your beauty team about what they might have available – having access to coveted hair and jewelry shows – or where they recommend going in your area for the best quality goods. Sometimes an antique heirloom is available, or extra budget for one or two really special pieces for your big day. For the rest, and for some frugal and still fabulous bridal party gifts there are tons of options.
We won’t call anyone out… but, you can almost always expect any bridal store to charge a premium on their non refundable merchandise. Consider instead:
Charming Charlie: Not only is the color organization mesmerizing, they have a huge variety of different style/trinkets/cherry toppers at a very affordable price. Worn jewelry aside, they’re also much more lenient on returns.
Claire’s / The Icing: Your high school goto is still around for a reason! If you’re a bride that needs to try things out and on, you can go pretty wild in these stores without getting into too much trouble. You can often find a higher quantity of items if your looking for group gifts.
Etsy: Totally secure online retailer making it easy to buy hand crafted, beautifully unique items. Have them delivered right to your door, and maintain a very high level of confidence no one you know will say they’ve seen it before.
Nordstrom: Beautiful things and unparalleled service. Nordstrom once accepted tires as a return. Enough said.
Be smart about your shopping and look for the deals! Don’t wait until right before your wedding when you’ll have a million other things to worry about and pay for. Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and especially, Cyber Monday are obviously great times to buy. Each individual retailer will usually have their own big sale, like Nordstrom’s legendary semi and annual sales.
